The dots/circles on the ceiling complement our design ideas and therefore makes our exhibition branding appropriate to the space, as well as our brief requirements. The space is also smaller than we had expected, which affected our curation of the exhibition.
Leeds Central Library also had asked us to include their logo and the logo of Room 700 within our branding design. Shown below.
The 'Room 700' logo was appropriate to our design aesthetic and identity concept as it is a simple black and white logo, however, the Leeds library logo has many different colours and would steal attention from our minimalistic design, as well as bring in-cohesiveness. Therefore, we manipulated the Leeds Library logo into simple white on black, and black on white versions, so it could be applied to our branding materials without compromising our concept.
