Studio Brief 3: Peer Development - Posters

After we had chosen the final logotype, we were then confident in designing the rest of the content required for the exhibition. We had assigned and delegated between ourselves the different roles, below are the developed designs for the posters.

Our identity and branding focused around the 'dot/circle' element from the halftone process, as well as the halftone effect itself. It was also inspired by the simplicity and minimalism of Neubau. These posters developments were done with the intention of showcasing and drawing the audience's attention to the artwork (within the circle). The artwork was made greyscale and halftoned, so to not give too much away and to intrigue the audience. The main information was placed in a readable but not attention stealing size, and the required Library logos were also included.
