Studio Brief 3: Peer Development - Wayfinding/Signage

After we had chosen the final logotype, we were then confident in designing the rest of the content required for the exhibition. We had assigned and delegated between ourselves the different roles, below are the developed designs for the wayfinding/signage.

The wayfinding focused on the dot/circle aspect of our designs, and would have featured black dots running along the floor leading the public to the exhibition. The dot/circle is in theme with half toning as the process also produces a dot/circle pattern. The pattern on the floor was also to be fairly random, bigger and smaller in different places, to reflect and partly re-create the outcomes of the halftone process; the dots were to represent how halftone creates more dense and less dense dots in different places depending on the intensity and shade of colour.
